They want to keep things easy and flexible hence they offer various payment options for your energy bills. Customers have the freedom to move around as they won’t lock you in any contracts. Gas plans are offered in parts of Victoria and NSW. Dodo also provides some special offers if you bundle your gas and electricity with internet so it helps to save money on your bills.
Payment Methods
Dodo offers flexible payment options such as pay online, or set up an automatic direct debit, pay over the phone and payment in installments.
Concessions
Dodo may also offer concessions to their customers who receive income suport payment from the government and to those who hold an appropriate concession card. Some other types of concession cards may include Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, or an appropriate Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card.
